This component adds support for rendering mathematical terms and chemical formulas by KaTeX.

For detailed information and usage please visit https://katex.org/

It is recommended to install this component only if your site is focused on sharing scientific information, because parsing and rendering formulas consumes a considerable amount of processing time and may slow down the performance of your site.
